I started coming to Kith and Kin about 11 years ago. I like coming here because I enjoy my cooking class and the Dance North class. My favourite things to do are Dance North events and I love going Bowling. I am good at Bowling and I have won many trophies!!

Me and my support workers go shopping and they help me get to my appointments on time. We like to play card games and Yahtzee. I like coming to Cooking because I get to eat what I make for dinner and I get to keep the recipe so I can make the food at home too.

I enjoy my dance program and the sports at Kith and Kin and have made lots of friends there!
